FleishmanHillard UK announces new leadership to drive bold push forward

Ahead of its integration with Porter Novelli in the UK, FleishmanHillard today announced its new leadership team for the combined agency.

As it comes together with PN, FH UK will continue to evolve its team and capabilities to provide its clients with the best senior advisory and modern communications campaigning and delivery, enabled by AI and recognising the increasingly complex and fragmented landscape. The new team offers outstanding depth across sectors, first-rate senior advisors, and forward-looking leaders to drive FH’s on-going transformation. It is drawn from FH, PN, and external hires.

The new structure reflects a deliberate shift in how the agency operates, reflecting a new structure built to help FH lead the future of communications.

Marshall Manson will continue as UK CEO, supported by Chief Financial Officer Abi Krone and UK Talent Development Lead Michelle Leff.

Strengthening advisory at the core of the business

A key focus of the new leadership team is the expansion of senior advisory capabilities. Lucy Kenyon-Jones will join in September as UK Chair of Corporate Affairs, bringing extensive experience advising CEOs and boards on reputation, transformation and complex stakeholder environments from her at Teneo. She will also lead the agency’s strategy capability and will work closely alongside Jud Moore, who will continue as Managing Director of Corporate Affairs and will remain responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the team. Roisin Miller becomes sector lead for Energy & Industrials.

This strengthened corporate affairs offering reflects growing client demand for integrated support across policy, reputation, risk and business strategy.

Scaling sector expertise in high-growth areas

Lou Dalton will serve as UK Chair of Health & Life Sciences, bringing extensive experience advising global healthcare organisations through complex regulatory and reputational challenges. She will partner with Amber Tovey, who will serve as Managing Director, leading day-to-day operations and major client relationships. Amber brings substantial experience in shaping highprofile campaigns and worldfirst launches that have advanced disease awareness and transformed patient outcomes.

Together, they will lead one of the agency’s largest and fastest-growing sector teams, reflecting rising client demand for integrated communications and senior advisory in the health sector.

FH also strengthens its Technology sector capability with Gemma Rowan joining to lead the UK offering, while Claudia Bate expands her Tech remit across Europe to drive capability development and growth.

Building on audience-first, data-led approach

As part of an effort to re-focus on creativity, Rowan Adams becomes Group Creative Director, reflecting a renewed focus on creativity as a central driver of client impact, and underpinned by his two decades of award-winning creative experience spanning major global entertainment brands, high-growth start-ups and healthcare.

Erin Salisbury becomes UK head of True Global Intelligence (TGI), strengthening the agency’s ability to turn data and insight into actionable strategy. Ben Levine will move into a senior advisory role supporting insight-led work across the UK and Europe.

Accelerating AI-enabled ways of working

The new leadership structure also reinforces the agency’s commitment to embedding AI and data across all aspects of its work. Matt Rowe continues to lead Digital, alongside Joyce Higgins as Head of AI Strategy and Chris Onderstall as Head of Transformation.

Together, they are driving the development of new ways of working and a more fluid organisational model – enabling closer collaboration between creative, strategy, data and digital teams, and expanding access to AI-enabled tools and capabilities across the agency.

Driving growth

Jemima Jones will lead new business and marketing, with a focus on translating the combined agency’s capabilities into growth. Within Brand Impact, Pip Solway and Alison Hope will provide interim leadership, supported by a broader senior team including James de Mellow, who will lead B2B, and Nick Palmer-Brown, who continues to drive growth in Retail, Sport & Leisure.

Marshall Manson, Chief Executive Officer, FleishmanHillard UK, said:

“This is a pivotal moment for our business. We’re not just bringing two agencies together – we’re reshaping how we operate to meet what clients need now. That means stronger advisory at the top, deeper expertise in key sectors, and a much more integrated, AI-enabled way of working across the agency.

“The team we’ve put in place reflects that ambition. It brings together leaders with the experience to operate at board level, the creativity to solve complex challenges, and the mindset to build a more modern communications business.”

J.J. Carter, FH Global CEO said:

“Clients today expect more than communications delivery. They want partners who can help them navigate risk, unlock growth and make better decisions in real time.

“This leadership team, together with the integration of Porter Novelli, positions FleishmanHillard UK to do exactly that, combining advisory strength, sector depth and AI-enabled capabilities in a way that will drive real impact.”
