Join FleishmanHillard UK’s head of public affairs, Tim Snowball, in conversation with Seb Payne, Whitehall Editor at the Financial Times during a discussion on what’s next for local and regional politics in the UK.

Taking place shortly after the Queen’s Speech, Hartlepool by-election and local and devolved elections, the event will provide an opportunity for Seb to share his reaction to the Queen’s Speech and local election results, along with the Government’s ambitions for its levelling up agenda in the North as the country emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Seb is currently writing a book titled, ‘Broken Heartlands: A Journey Through Labour’s Lost England’, about the “Red Wall” seats that voted Conservative in 2019. He has extensive expertise and knowledge of regional politics which will make for an insightful discussion.

This event is for public affairs managers, communications directors and business leads responsible for corporate comms and policy.
