Women in PR’s inaugural ‘45 over 45’ list has been revealed featuring FleishmanHillard UK deputy CEO and D&I lead, Ali Gee and managing director of healthcare, Jacqui Sanders!
The first-of-its-kind ‘45 over 45’ list features the women inspiring the next generation of leaders and shaping a brighter future for the PR and communications sector.
‘WPR 45 over 45’ launched in 2021 after research revealed over one-third (34%) of women in comms have experienced workplace ageism and over half (52%) of women under 50 don’t see themselves working in the same part of the industry when they turn 50.
“What has made me the proudest in my career is my role in transforming the FH healthcare team into a people-centric, high performing collaborative team. Delivering great work, and consistent growth for more than 4 years, including navigating a positive route through the pandemic with strong teamwork and client partnerships,” said Jacqui Sanders, senior partner and managing director of healthcare.
Ali Gee, deputy CEO and D&I lead of FleishmanHillard said, “For me, it’s knowing that there are a few people out there in the industry I helped, taught or inspired to do great things or get to the top.”
