We are delighted to have not only passed PRCA Communications Management Standard (CMS) assessment for the 20th year running, but to have been awarded to Platinum CMS holder! We are one of three agencies to have received this award and it demonstrates our commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in public relations.
The PRCA senior leadership team commented on our efforts below:
“This is the 20th time FleishmanHillard have completed CMS and this Agency are only one of three Platinum CMS Award holders. This sustained commitment to best and ethical practice is clearly seen in the evidence presented as part of their assessment. The leadership and communication section demonstrated that key competences for the senior leadership team are in place, including technical abilities, and on creating a positive culture, optimising creativity, and providing a strategic client focused service. This is reflected across all the senior leaders and benchmarked thoroughly via 360 appraisals which showed that there is an expectation that leaders’ actions demonstrate their commitment to creating “the best place to work.” The Agency’s vision, “to be the most diverse and inclusive in the world”, is associated with a variety of values focused on the workplace, clients and wider society. These are communicated to the team with insight and engagement via the business planning process. Finally, the diversity evidence was outstanding with a focus on inclusion across many areas, including recognising and addressing ageism in PR (for people aged 50+), hidden disabilities, neurodiversity, and a particular focus on underrepresented ethnic groups within the profession.”
