FleishmanHillard UK has hired Malek El Refaie to lead and grow the Talent & Transformation offering to new and existing clients.
Malek joins the agency with almost 20-years of experience advising organisations globally on their people, change and communications needs. Malek will report to Jim Donaldson, FleishmanHillard CEO UK and Middle East, and act as a special advisor to integrate the Talent & Transformation offer across the agency.
