EMEA head of brand and lifestyle, Lauren Winter has been appointed to the new role of global managing director of consumer culture in a move that puts culture at the heart of communications and campaign strategy at FleishmanHillard.
As part of her new responsibilities, Lauren will counsel global clients and client leaders on key cultural movements, themes and creative solutions for campaigns, empowering client teams and the broader agency network to be fluent in entering cultural conversations.
Lauren will continue in her EMEA and London practice leadership roles as well as sitting on the London executive committee.
“Someone once told me about the power of staying in one place to be able to implement change over time.
With FleishmanHillard’s existing commitment to DE&I, global reach and talent, I couldn’t think of anywhere better to make sure brands aren’t just reacting to the chaos we are seeing all around us, but actually understanding how to use their spend and space for true change.
Enabling culture and people ‘movements’ is what great brands are primed to do and I’m excited to help our clients realise this cultural potential with consumers on a much greater scale around the FleishmanHillard world”.
