FleishmanHillard Fishburn has been revealed as the winner of PRWeek’s Best Places to Work Awards – Large Agency!
Beating stiff competition from the UK’s biggest PR Agencies, the judges commended FHF on the “strength of its culture and for running some industry-leading programmes, including steps it is taking to attract diverse talent”. How we are supporting each other through the pandemic moved the judges, as did the introduction of innovations like our Shadow Board.
FHF’s commitment to D&I was also recognised across areas including work experience and internships, apprenticeships, working groups with diversity champions for mental health, hidden disabilities, ethnic minorities and diverse social-economic backgrounds, volunteering and the introduction of ‘The Regs’, the ‘regulations’ for behaviour at FleishmanHillard Fishburn that underpin our culture.
