Case study
Pernod Ricard – the world’s second largest spirts and wine company – came to us to revamp and reengineer their executive training programme to give their leaders the skills to defend and promote the alcohol industry when talking to all stakeholders – including the media.
Working with Pernod Ricard’s Paris HQ, we created an 80-page workbook which provided the basis for the training that involves seven filmed practice interviews for each participant in a packed and intensely practical two-day programme.
The programme has now been rolled out globally as FleishmanHillard UK trains bosses of Pernod Ricard Group and its affiliates across the world.
“I have done a training course before on the same subject but this was 100 times better.” Senior Executive, Corby Spirit & Wine, Canada.
