What is the Programme?
Each Graduate is dedicated to one of our specialist Communications Practices: Corporate Comms, Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Public Affairs, Creative Studio, Intelligence and Social & Innovation. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the opportunity for a permanent role upon completion.
You will be given the chance to work across multiple client accounts from day one:
- supporting account teams to drive results through media relations, executive profiling, content development, social media and events support,
- shaping deliverables, costings, team resource, timing and budgets to deliver award-winning global campaigns that exceed client expectations
- or providing research counsel to your agency partners, delivering on a wide range of research consultative services.

Who can apply?
We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits who enjoy working with others and who are passionate about developing their career in a leading global communications agency.
You will have a creative and curious mind, be willing to lean in to new opportunities, stay on top of industry trends, develop meaningful campaign ideas and drive excellent results for clients. Previous PR agency experience is a bonus but not essential.
